Send your Email with Name, Mobile Number,Token Number or Complaint Number to support@smartranchi.in.

The call operator will check the email and checked status of token in system and update you by mail. Operator may contact the citizen in case, information provided is insufficient or any clarification required.

To check the status of a complaint, first send the word "Hi" to our WhatsApp chatbot at   +91 8141231235 . After initiating the conversation, select "Complaint Status" from the options provided. You will then be guided through the process of viewing the status of your complaint by our automated system on the WhatsApp platform.
